2019 – 2022<\/h4>\n

Se trata de un hotel de 20 habitaciones en un peque\u00f1o pueblo gestionado por un Chef sin tiempo para centrarse en la rentabilidad de las habitaciones. Regi\u00d4tels se asoci\u00f3 con esta propiedad en junio de 2018 y ha trabajado juntamente desde ese d\u00eda. No hab\u00eda channel manager y la contrataci\u00f3n se centraba principalmente en la cocina y no en las habitaciones. El enfoque de Regi\u00d4tels era centrarse en la rentabilidad de la venta de habitaciones manteniendo una ocupaci\u00f3n que fuera manejable con el limitado personal del que dispon\u00eda el hotel. El hotelero no ten\u00eda tiempo para implantar o gestionar la tecnolog\u00eda necesaria para optimizar su propiedad, no hab\u00eda Channel Manager ni motor de reservas. Alejamos nos de la contrataci\u00f3n de operadores tur\u00edsticos y nos centramos en reservas directas en l\u00ednea. No s\u00f3lo se aument\u00f3 la tarifa media, sino que tambi\u00e9n se aument\u00f3 significativamente los ingresos totales por habitaci\u00f3n. Al comparar con los resultados anteriores a Covid, se produjo una reducci\u00f3n de los costes, ya que los niveles de comisi\u00f3n bajaron para los operadores tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n

Este establecimiento de 12 habitaciones est\u00e1 situado en la campi\u00f1a de Luxemburgo, no tiene vecinos y se asoci\u00f3 con Regi\u00d4tels en octubre de 2017. Uno de los primeros hoteles en colaborar con Regi\u00d4tels, subraya muy claramente los beneficios de la colaboraci\u00f3n mientras se acerca el sexto aniversario. El hotelero quer\u00eda apoyo y experiencia sin perder el control. El objetivo de Regi\u00d4tels para la propiedad se centraba en impulsar tanto la tarifa media como la duraci\u00f3n de la estancia para ajustarse m\u00e1s al estilo de vida de la pareja que gestionaba la propiedad y permitir centrarse m\u00e1s en la cocina y en una mejor experiencia para los hu\u00e9spedes. Al reducir la ocupaci\u00f3n y aumentar los ingresos, Regi\u00d4tels pudo ayudar a generar mejores beneficios para los propietarios con menos trabajo para ellos.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed el enfoque era que los visitantes hicieran uso del restaurante mientras se manten\u00eda la ocupaci\u00f3n. Regi\u00d4tels entr\u00f3 con una estrategia para reducir la duraci\u00f3n de la estancia y garantizar un mayor aprovechamiento de la oferta gastron\u00f3mica. Antes de la colaboraci\u00f3n, ya exist\u00eda un gestor de canales y un motor de reservas. Mantener la ocupaci\u00f3n al tiempo que se aumenta la tarifa media tiene un impacto directo en los ingresos por cada habitaci\u00f3n, una m\u00e9trica clave, y asegura una mayor rentabilidad para los propietarios. Este establecimiento acaba de firmar otro contrato de dos a\u00f1os y su situaci\u00f3n contable ya es m\u00e1s impresionante para 2023 que en las mismas fechas de 2022 (su mejor a\u00f1o en m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os de operaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n

Esta propiedad de 31 habitaciones situada en la campi\u00f1a alemana se asoci\u00f3 con Regi\u00d4tels en febrero de 2019 porque quer\u00edan vender su propiedad y jubilarse tras haber gestionado la propiedad durante varias generaciones. La idea fue apoyar los para aumentar las cifras para obtener un impacto positivo en el precio de venta. La propiedad ya contaba con un Channel Manaer y un motor de reservas y un sitio web moderno y actualizado. Con la llegada de Covid, la atenci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en conseguir que los resultados de 2022 estuvieran en l\u00ednea con los de 2019, pero dado el \u00e9xito, ahora la atenci\u00f3n se centra en ver los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os y utilizar los ingresos adicionales para renovar la propiedad, actualizarla con una oferta m\u00e1s contempor\u00e1nea y centrarse en conseguir un precio de venta a\u00fan mejor mientras se benefician de una mayor rentabilidad y menos trabajo. El hotel est\u00e1 atendido por los padres y la hija y busca una variedad de enfoques de los cuales Regi\u00d4tels est\u00e1 expertamente posicionado para guiar, adaptarse y apoyar.<\/p>\n

Este hotel de 16 habitaciones es m\u00e1s un restaurante con habitaciones que un hotel con restaurante. El propietario no ten\u00eda tiempo para gestionar su inventario de habitaciones, centr\u00e1ndose en el restaurante y queriendo que ese fuera el foco de Regi\u00d4tels. El propietario es responsable de un grupo regional de hoteles con una misma estructura. La limitaci\u00f3n de personal, el enfoque en la cocina y la falta de tiempo para centrarse en los detalles hicieron que se asociara con Regi\u00d4tels en octubre de 2020. En 2022, el hotel recomend\u00f3 a Regi\u00d4tels a los hoteles afiliados y contribuy\u00f3 a la incorporaci\u00f3n de otros cinco establecimientos, gracias al apoyo prestado y al entusiasmo por nuestra asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
