2019 – 2022<\/h4>\n

Si tratta di un hotel di 20 camere in un piccolo villaggio gestito da uno chef che non ha tempo di concentrarsi sulla redditivit\u00e0 delle camere. Regi\u00d4tels \u00e8 entrata in partnership con questa struttura nel giugno 2018 e da allora ha collaborato. Non c'era un channel manager e la contrattazione si concentrava principalmente sulla cucina con la tavola. Il ruolo di Regi\u00d4tels era quello di concentrarsi sulla redditivit\u00e0 delle vendite delle camere, mantenendo un'occupazione gestibile con il personale limitato a disposizione dell'hotel. L'albergatore non aveva il tempo di mettere in atto o gestire la tecnologia per ottimizzare la sua propriet\u00e0, non c'era un channel manager o un booking engine. Abbandonando la contrattazione con i tour operator e concentrandosi sul business diretto online, non solo la tariffa media \u00e8 aumentata, ma anche i ricavi complessivi delle camere sono aumentati in modo significativo rispetto a prima di Covid, con una riduzione dei costi, dato che i livelli di commissione sono diminuiti per i tour operator.<\/p>\n

2018 – 2022<\/h4>\n

Questa struttura di 12 camere si trova nella campagna lussemburghese, non ha vicini e ha stretto una partnership con Regi\u00d4tels nell'ottobre 2017. \u00c8 uno dei primi hotel a collaborare con Regi\u00d4tels e sottolinea i vantaggi della collaborazione in modo molto chiaro mentre si avvicina il sesto anniversario. L'albergatore voleva supporto e competenza senza perdere il controllo. L'obiettivo di Regi\u00d4tels per la struttura era quello di aumentare la tariffa media e la durata del soggiorno per adattarsi maggiormente allo stile di vita della coppia che gestisce la struttura e consentire una maggiore attenzione alla cucina e una migliore esperienza complessiva per gli ospiti. Riducendo l'occupazione e aumentando le entrate, Regi\u00d4tels \u00e8 stata in grado di contribuire a generare migliori rendimenti per i proprietari con meno lavoro da parte loro: meno ospiti da accogliere e accudire, meno letti da rifare. Con l'accettazione da parte del mercato del cambiamento del target di clientela, l'attenzione per il 2023 e oltre si concentrer\u00e0 sul mantenimento della redditivit\u00e0 delle vendite delle camere.<\/p>\n

In questo caso l'obiettivo era quello di far s\u00ec che i visitatori utilizzassero il ristorante mantenendo l'occupazione. Regi\u00d4tels \u00e8 stata coinvolta per ridurre la durata del soggiorno e garantire un maggiore utilizzo dell'offerta gastronomica. Prima della partnership esistevano un channel manager e un motore di prenotazione. Il mantenimento dell'occupazione e l'aumento della tariffa media hanno un impatto diretto sui ricavi per camera disponibile, una metrica chiave, e assicurano una maggiore redditivit\u00e0 per i proprietari. Questa struttura ha appena firmato un altro contratto biennale e la sua situazione contabile \u00e8 gi\u00e0 pi\u00f9 impressionante per il 2023 rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2022 (il suo anno migliore in oltre vent'anni di attivit\u00e0).<\/p>\n

Questa struttura di 31 camere situata nella campagna tedesca ha collaborato con Regi\u00d4tels nel febbraio 2019 perch\u00e9 voleva vendere la sua propriet\u00e0 e andare in pensione dopo averla gestita per pi\u00f9 generazioni: avere un supporto per far crescere le cifre alla fine del tempo avrebbe avuto un impatto positivo sul prezzo di vendita. La propriet\u00e0 disponeva gi\u00e0 di un channel manager e di un booking engine, oltre che di un sito web moderno e aggiornato. Con l'arrivo di Covid, l'obiettivo era di portare i risultati del 2022 in linea con quelli del 2019, ma visto il successo, ora l'attenzione si concentra sulla prospettiva dei prossimi cinque anni e sull'utilizzo delle entrate aggiuntive per rinnovare la propriet\u00e0, portarla a un'offerta pi\u00f9 moderna e concentrarsi su un prezzo di vendita ancora migliore, beneficiando nel frattempo di una maggiore redditivit\u00e0 e di meno lavoro. Questo hotel di 16 camere \u00e8 un ristorante con camere e non un hotel con ristorante. Il proprietario non aveva il tempo di gestire l'inventario delle camere, concentrandosi sul ristorante e volendo che questo fosse l'obiettivo di Regi\u00d4tels. Il proprietario \u00e8 responsabile di un insieme regionale di hotel non affiliati con una struttura simile alla sua. Il personale limitato, l'attenzione alla cucina e la mancanza di tempo per concentrarsi sui dettagli hanno portato alla collaborazione con Regi\u00d4tels nell'ottobre 2020.
