Este \u00e9 um hotel de 20 quartos em um pequeno vilarejo administrado por um Chef sem tempo para se concentrar na rentabilidade dos quartos. Regi\u00d4tels se associou a esta propriedade em junho de 2018 e tem colaborado desde ent\u00e3o. N\u00e3o havia um channel manager e a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o estava focada principalmente na cozinha e n\u00e3o nos quartos. O papel da Regi\u00d4tels era focar na rentabilidade da venda dos quartos, mantendo uma ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o que fosse administr\u00e1vel com o pessoal limitado dispon\u00edvel para o hotel. O hoteleiro n\u00e3o tinha tempo para colocar em pr\u00e1tica ou administrar a tecnologia para otimizar sua propriedade, n\u00e3o havia um channel manager ou motor de reservas. Ao se afastar da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de operadoras de turismo e se concentrar em neg\u00f3cios diretos on-line, n\u00e3o apenas a tarifa m\u00e9dia aumentou, mas tamb\u00e9m a receita geral do quarto aumentou significativamente. Quando comparado com os resultados pr\u00e9-Covid, houve uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o nos custos, dado que os n\u00edveis de comiss\u00e3o ca\u00edram para os operadores tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n

Um dos primeiros hot\u00e9is a colaborar com a Regi\u00d4tels, ela sublinha muito claramente os benef\u00edcios da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o ao se aproximar do anivers\u00e1rio de seis anos. O hoteleiro queria apoio e experi\u00eancia sem perder o controle. O objetivo da Regi\u00d4tels para a propriedade foi focado em conduzir tanto a taxa m\u00e9dia quanto o tempo de estadia para se adequar mais ao estilo de vida do casal que administra a propriedade e permitir mais foco na cozinha e uma melhor experi\u00eancia geral para os h\u00f3spedes. Ao reduzir a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentar a renda, Regi\u00d4tels p\u00f4de ajudar a gerar melhores retornos para os propriet\u00e1rios com menos trabalho ao seu lado - menos h\u00f3spedes para cumprimentar e cuidar, menos camas para fazer. Com o mercado aceitando a mudan\u00e7a na clientela alvo, o foco para 2023 e al\u00e9m ser\u00e1 a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da rentabilidade da venda de quartos.<\/p>\n

Este hotel de 16 quartos \u00e9 um restaurante com quartos em oposi\u00e7\u00e3o a um hotel com um restaurante. O propriet\u00e1rio n\u00e3o teve tempo para gerenciar o invent\u00e1rio de seus quartos, concentrando-se no restaurante e querendo que este fosse o foco dos Regi\u00d4tels. O propriet\u00e1rio \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o regional de hot\u00e9is n\u00e3o afiliados com uma estrutura semelhante \u00e0 sua pr\u00f3pria. O pessoal limitado, o foco na cozinha e a falta de tempo para se concentrar nos detalhes resultaram em uma parceria com Regi\u00d4tels em outubro de 2020. Em 2022, o hotel recomendou a Regi\u00d4tels aos hot\u00e9is afiliados e auxiliou em mais cinco outras propriedades que entraram a bordo, tal foi o apoio fornecido e o entusiasmo por nossa parceria.<\/p>\n
