REVENUE MANAGER

 

 

Job Overview:

We are a global B2B hotel agency headquartered in Luxembourg and specializing in outsourcing revenue management, digital marketing, and online sales for independent hotels. We are currently looking for a multi-lingual Revenue Manager to join our Luxembourg team, with a focus on implementing and managing revenue-generating strategies for our portfolio of over 50 properties in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous Management:

  • Stratégie de tarification: Implement and maintain approved pricing strategies for various hotels.
  • Channel Management: Update or set up new channel managers and booking engines. Manage inventory.
  • Packages and Upselling: Create and manage packages and additional ancillary services (e.g., dinner options, baby beds, etc.)
  • Market Analysis: Update rates and restrictions based on market demand. Consult hotels as needed.
  • Strategy Updates: Conduct rolling updates of revenue strategy.


Reporting and Analysis
:

  • Reputation Management: Prepare online reputation reports.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review past data and action results.
  • Future Planning: Continually review seasonality and events.
  • Monthly and Annual Reports: Provide detailed analytics and review meetings.


Setup Tasks:

  • Receive and familiarize yourself with access to various platforms.
  • Prepare initial revenue management strategies for new properties.
  • Conduct competition and historical result analyses.
  • Evaluate existing packages and demand calendars.
  • Recommend and implement extra services.
  • Set up or update channel managers and booking engines.
  • Translate the Internet Booking Engine (IBE).
  • Assist with client relationship (online or in-person).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English, French, and German is a must.

     

    This role requires partial in-office work in Luxembourg. Candidates must reside nearby or be able to relocate for easy commuting.
